JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for employees for work as summer substitutes in both swimming and relaxation. The work will be located at both Arena Skövde and Billingebadet.

As a Swimming Staff member, your tasks will be varied and consist of swimming, relaxation, and swimming activities, monitoring safety, and providing the best possible service to our guests. Other tasks within the swimming facility, such as working at the reception, may also occur.

Customer interaction and service are a central part of the work, and you are responsible for putting the guest in focus and constantly working to create unique experiences and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should have good swimming skills.

Training as a Lifeguard/Pool Rescuer or equivalent training and experience is desired.

CPR and water rescue certifications are advantageous, as well as previous experience in similar tasks.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness and service. You are a responsible, engaged, and flexible person who has the ability to see each guest's unique needs. Together with your colleagues, you are expected to deliver customer service beyond the ordinary. As a summer substitute, you are expected to be available for work with us during the entire period from week 26 to week 34.

You must be at least 18 years old.
